Compensation
Engagements may use fixed project fees, defined retainers, or other written fee arrangements. Where AAP may receive referral compensation from a lender or service provider, that relationship and compensation will be disclosed before an introduction is made.
Conflicts
AAP identifies material conflicts known at the start of an engagement and updates the client when a new conflict arises. The client may decline a third-party introduction or request an alternative provider.
