Qualify

Confirm whether the matter fits AAP’s scope and identify the authorized parties.

Disclose

Document compensation, conflicts, role boundaries, privacy, and third-party relationships.

Structure

Build a work plan, information register, responsibilities matrix, and decision sequence.

Coordinate

Organize independent specialists and maintain progress, records, and dependencies.

Close

Document completion, unresolved items, retention obligations, and ongoing oversight.

Compensation

Engagements may use fixed project fees, defined retainers, or other written fee arrangements. Where AAP may receive referral compensation from a lender or service provider, that relationship and compensation will be disclosed before an introduction is made.

Conflicts

AAP identifies material conflicts known at the start of an engagement and updates the client when a new conflict arises. The client may decline a third-party introduction or request an alternative provider.
