Each matter begins with qualification, conflict review, identification of the authorized decision-makers, and a written scope. AAP coordinates independent specialists rather than replacing the client’s legal, tax, financial, insurance, appraisal, lending, custody, or fiduciary professionals.

- Written disclosure of seller-side or service-provider compensation, where applicable
AAP does not make independent guarantees concerning authenticity, title, provenance, condition, value, liquidity, appreciation, insurance coverage, or legal ownership. Authentication, appraisal, legal, tax, insurance, custody, and logistics conclusions are provided by qualified independent specialists under separate engagements.
