Secured Capital

AAP does not provide, arrange, broker, underwrite, approve, fund, or guarantee loans. AAP may introduce eligible clients to independent capital providers. Providers determine all underwriting, terms, collateral, custody, documentation, approvals, and funding.

Art, Collectibles, and Assets

AAP does not guarantee authenticity, title, provenance, condition, value, liquidity, appreciation, insurance coverage, market demand, tax treatment, legal treatment, or charitable deduction eligibility.

Independent Professionals

Clients should rely on appropriately qualified and licensed legal, tax, financial, lending, insurance, appraisal, conservation, customs, logistics, custody, and fiduciary professionals.

Compensation and Conflicts

AAP’s compensation is documented before work begins. Referral or transaction-related compensation from a third party, where applicable, is disclosed before the related introduction or action.
