Each matter begins with qualification, conflict review, identification of the authorized decision-makers, and a written scope. AAP coordinates independent specialists rather than replacing the client’s legal, tax, financial, insurance, appraisal, lending, custody, or fiduciary professionals.
- Preliminary matter qualification and documentation checklist

- Coordination with the client’s legal, tax, banking, and insurance advisers
- Process management across appraisal, diligence, custody, insurance, and closing dependencies
- Written disclosure of any referral compensation before an introduction is made
AAP is not a lender and does not provide, arrange, broker, underwrite, approve, or guarantee loans. AAP may introduce eligible clients to independent third-party capital providers and coordinate the advisory process. All credit decisions, terms, documentation, collateral requirements, custody arrangements, and funding are determined exclusively by third parties. Non-recourse or limited-recourse structures may or may not be considered depending on the asset, borrower, jurisdiction, and provider.
